Carlos Collado, from Bustarviejo de la Sierra (Madrid), began his career in the world of gastronomy at the age of 18. During his training, he combined his technical and higher studies at the Hotel Escuela in Madrid with different jobs in the sector.

The young chef has a solid background and experience that covers a large part of the areas of cooking (restaurants, hotels, catering, etc.). This experience, which has made him a versatile chef, has enabled him to increase his knowledge and acquire the skills necessary for the evolution of any talented chef's career.

More than four years ago, Carlos Collado joined Le Cordon Bleu Madrid and his experience and motivation have made him a key member of the School's team of chefs. After being in charge of the production kitchen for a year, he has been teaching the Spanish Cooking program since September 2013.
