Osman Jessid Molina Quintero studied cooking and baking at LaSalle College. He has more than 9 years of experience as a cook, pastry chef and banquet chef at renowned hotels.

He participated in the Chaine des Rotisseurs competition for young chefs, achieving second place at the national level in 2018.

He is currently the chef of the Bon Market & Bar restaurant of the Hilton Bogotá Corferias, located in the lobby of the hotel. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner service, classic Neapolitan pizzas and dishes baked in stone oven by the chef.
