Maca de Castro travels around the island in search of the best ingredients: the Port of Sóller market for the red scorpion fish, the port of Alcúdia for the seafood, a mare's milk producer in Lloseta, vegetables from her own garden in Sa Pobla, etc.

Maca de Castro's dishes reflect a harmony of the five senses, an ode to that Mare Nostrum, always an accomplice, which is intertwined with the chef's creative philosophy.

Each creation celebrates the excellence of the Mallorcan terroir without borders, in a contemporary way and with a certain amount of audacity.
