Rolan Tejada

Rolan Tejada is a professional chef from Colombia with 10 years of experience. He has loved cooking since he was a child. He trained at the Escuela Superior Mariano Moreno in Medellín. His career has taken him to countries such as Chile, Peru and Brazil, in addition to working at several restaurants of various categories. He is an innovator, lover and pioneer in the complete and exclusive use of pork in Colombia, because he believes it is one of the most complete and versatile proteins on the market.

In 2017, he was invited to cook for the 50 Best Latam ceremony thanks to his outstanding work with pork. His work and passion for pork led him to open his restaurant Cerdología (2019) in Medellín, a partnership with Colombian chef Juan Manuel Barrientos in which they seek to convey their knowledge to diners so that they enjoy and taste the pork in its entirety.
