Andrés Sebastián Rivera studied Gastronomy at the Instituto Superior Mariano Moreno. He has more than 11 years of experience in cooking and banquets at some of the best hotels in the country.

He is now a banquet chef at the Hilton Bogotá Corferias, where he went back to the Hilton hotel chain, where he worked in 2014 at the Hilton Bogotá.
